Clear supports final close of 6DC III at EUR 154M, strengthening Dutch LP access to top-tier early-stage venture capital.
Amsterdam, 09.12.2025 - Clear announces the successful financial close of 6 Degrees Capital’s third fund, 6DC III, which closed at EUR 154M at its hard cap. Following the first Dutch feeder closing earlier this year, Clear advised 6 Degrees Capital on broadening its Dutch investor base and facilitated additional commitments from family offices, wealth managers, and high-net-worth individuals.
6DC III backs unconventional and highly ambitious founders at Seed and Series A, with a core focus on Enterprise Software, AI, and FinTech. The fund has already made multiple early investments across these verticals, reflecting its conviction-led approach and strong momentum since first close.
Expanding Dutch investor access to 6DC III
Through Clear’s placement support, Dutch investors gained efficient access to 6DC III, including the participation exemption advantages secured through the Dutch feeder. The collaboration has contributed to deepening 6DC’s LP base in the Netherlands and strengthening long-term alignment between Dutch capital allocators and one of Europe’s leading early-stage VC platforms.
