With 35+ years of experience as a growth entrepreneur, boardroom advisor, and non-executive director, Eric has built a proven track record across various industrial sectors, engineering & contracting, technology, professional services, and clean tech. He is a pragmatic strategist with a sharp analytical mind, creativity, and strong interpersonal skills - skilled at working with management teams, boards, and entrepreneurs to challenge assumptions and drive strategic transformation. Eric also brings deep expertise in financial (re)structuring in both high-growth and distressed situations, collaborating closely with financial institutions, boards, and shareholders. Alongside his advisory work, he is an active investor in tech start-ups and scale-ups.
